We don't start with floor plans, but with your story. What memories do you want to create in this home? During our introductory conversation, we determine together your desired level of peace of mind and define a clear brief.
2. The Master Plan: Concept & 3D Interior Design
In our design studio, we present the first vision. We engage your senses with tangible, live moodboards and refine this (depending on your chosen package) into photorealistic 3D visuals or Virtual Reality. This way, you experience your new interior even before construction begins.
3. The Direction: Construction Guidance & Aesthetic Oversight
Where a regular interior firm stops at the drawing, we take charge. We forge our in-house ecosystem (bespoke fire solutions, parquet flooring, home automation) and your external contractors together into one efficient construction team. We actively monitor the aesthetics, budget, and quality.
4. The White-Glove Delivery: Welcome Home
The moment supreme. While you are completely taken care of, our own specialists install, assemble, and style your home down to the smallest detail. We take care of the final cleaning, the bed linens, and even the fresh flowers. You step into a spotless, turnkey home.

For targeted styling and enriching your current interior. Are you looking for the perfect designer furniture, a refined color palette, or exclusive wall finishes? In this track, our interior designers personally guide you through our 40 concept studios.
• Included: Introductory meeting, live moodboard presentation, color and materials proposal, textile proposal, and advice on bespoke cabinetry.
2. Boutique | The Curated Interior Design
For the complete makeover of specific rooms or a single floor. When your vision calls for a considered spatial concept. We create a detailed interior design and guide you through our in-house partners for, for example, your new Molteni&C kitchen or luxury bathroom.
• Included: Concept presentation, final 2D design, on-site measurement service, and the option of a lighting plan.
3. Select | High-End Complete Furnishing
For extensive renovations and seamlessly coordinated total concepts. You desire an integrated luxury interior design where everything comes together. We bring your home to life with realistic 3D renders and a complete lighting plan, including technical specifications for your electrician. We orchestrate the aesthetics across all disciplines, including a complete styling plan.
• Included: 3D visuals, lighting plan, styling plan, coordination with your construction supervisor, and extensive project management.
4. Premium | Turn-Key Interior Architecture
Designed for demanding clients and complex construction projects where risk minimization is crucial. We work directly with your own architect, coordinate the external construction supervisor, attend construction meetings, and present in cutting-edge Virtual 3D.
• Included: Full direction and coordination with architects, budgeting, virtual 3D, construction meetings, arranging moving companies, final cleaning, and the ultimate turn-key delivery.
